Surcharges — $50 extra

A flat $50 surcharge applies to vehicles that require extra labour, including but not limited to:

• Excessive pet hair
• Sand throughout interior or boot
• Heavy mud, mould or biohazards
• Sticky spills, food residue or staining requiring extra treatment

If we find these conditions on arrival, we'll let you know before starting the job.

Late invoice fee — 10%

Invoices are due on the date issued. Any invoice unpaid 3 days past the due date will incur a 10% late payment surcharge added to the outstanding balance.

Payment & bookings

• Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed.
• Quoted prices are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size and condition.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking may incur a $50 fee.
• We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule jobs in unsafe weather conditions.
